Safe Deposits Scotland is the only not-for-profit tenancy deposit scheme in Scotland, operating from their central office in Glasgow.
SafeDeposits ensures that all tenancy deposits are securely held and protected, and supports with resolving disputes about the deposit return, at no added cost to the landlord or tenant.
As a not-for-profit organisation, any surpluses generated are donated to their charity SafeDeposits Scotland Charitable Trust, which offers grants and promotes education, training and best practice in Scotland’s private rented sector.
