Dottie the Scottie
DescriptionOur design is based on our nursery logo. We opened 16 years ago and our logo was designed using the children’s handprints. Our youngest baby had complex disabilities and the oldest child was the first child to walk through our doors on our opening day. The middle print was from the child who was right in the middle of ages and this then established our logo. We have taken every child currently in the centre and put their hand outline on our sculpture. We will then colour in the hands based on our logo colours. We felt this would make the sculpture central to the centre being all about our children.
