Get involved
Design and decorate a Scottie as part of the community and learning programme, and feature in our 2026 summer trail alongside the larger sculptures created by local artists.
The information pack below will tell you everything you need to know about the programme and how to apply.
We have a limited number of Scotties available, so download the information pack and apply today to get your school, nursery, or community group involved.
How does it work?
There are 60 small Scotties available for schools, nurseries and community groups to decorate through our community and learning programme, along with fun and educational resources.
We ask that groups fundraise for Maggie’s as part of the initiative, and we will share some helpful tips and ideas to support your fundraising.
Once decorated, the small Scotties will be grouped together as part of the trail and placed in educational and cultural spaces around Glasgow for the public to admire.
Once the trail comes to an end, your sculpture will be returned to your group for you to proudly display.
For any questions regarding our community and learning programme, please email us at scotties@maggies.org
