DescriptionThe iconic Duke of Wellington sculpture in Royal Exchange Square has inspired artists since the cone first appeared on his head in the 1980s, coincidentally when I was also an art student there. I have used my experience in working on the Wild in Art statues in 3D with fibreglass to recreate this icon as Duke the Scottie.
