DescriptionKelvin was born from the organiccurvature of the sculpture alongside the River Kelvin and the heart of the westend. The artist Paul has often found himself looking into the pond inside the Kibble Palace at Glasgow’s Botanic gardens just up from the river Kelvin. The beautiful koi have in the pond and the reflection of the glass panels above is an Iconic Glaswegian scene.Kelvin wears the reflection of the pond as a jacket with all the fish swimming around his body. The beautiful cadmium oranges and scarlets allowed Paul to create these beautiful fish.
